Latest Steam Updates Causing me problems, crashing, fps drops, errors, problems running

As I started creating this page tonight, I thought to mice elf, "How am I going to organize this aspect of my domain, Mustikos.com?"
I'm off on tangents, trying to figure out if I should create pages regarding Steam and TF2 on the subdomain I started, on another one of my domains, TeamFortress2.DavesGameWorld.com.
So I think I'm going to make this page about me, as a gamer, and links to other pages, like sections related to my thoughts and attitude as a gamer and make the subdomain related to things more geared toward news
Still not sure but I've been up nearly 19 and one half hours so I'm going to play for a few and call it quits.

So... cleaning the oven and the kitchen, I decide, while I wait for the oven cleanser to "do its magic", I can play Team Fortress 2!! * - opens in a new window
So, I start STEAM and notice Team Fortress 2 is located at the bottom of my Favorite Steam Games list, which essentially means, there has been an UPDATE for TF2! This excites me a bit because since the latest Valve update for Team Fortress 2, my frame-rate has gone to crap again.

My Frame Rate in TF2 has been bad! *- opens in new window

Hopefully this Steam Valve TF2 Update will fix my poor framerate.
